Freight (Shipping) Terms:
All Freight Terms are FOB Origin (customer pays freight & takes responsibility and risk for goods once shipped) unless otherwise authorized in writing by an authorized House of Wheels Ltd. representative.

All orders will be shipped via House of Wheels Ltd. preferred carriers unless otherwise agreed. This generally will mean Canada Post Expedited Parcel or other similar service. Larger orders may be shipped by another carrier such as UPS or Fedex.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping will be calculated for each order based on Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping rates. 

Returns:
All returns are subject to prior approval, inspection, and will be subject to restocking fees. House of Wheels will accept return within 30 days of purchase, in original condition and packaging where provided.
