House of Wheels Ltd. reserves the right to limit sales of its brands and products or alter terms at its sole discretion. Pricing of sales and services may change from time to time at the sole discretion of House of Wheels Ltd. authorized officers.

SALE PRICING

Sale prices are set, from time to time, at the sole discretion of House of Wheels' authorized officers. Pricing changes are require no advance notice to customers. Sale prices are never retro-active; sale start and end dates occur at the sole discretion of House of Wheels authorized officers. House of Wheels Ltd. is not obligated in any way, for any reason, to extend sale pricing to any customer either before each sale begins or after it ends. As connected to sale start and end dates, time is of the essence. 

RETURNS

Returns are not allowed when the same item is on sale. Similarly, refunds for the difference between a regular purchase price and a sale price will not be given while that item is on sale.

PARK ADMISSION PASSES

Park admission pass sales are final. There is no guarantee, expressed or implied, that the rider will remain within the House of Wheels Ltd. facility for the extent of the purchased pass. Injury or illness, either pre-existing or new, does not entitle the rider to a refund. If a rider is removed from the park, at the sole discretion of House of Wheels staff, that rider is not entitled to a refund.
